Warranty

We think everybody deserves a fair and honest, easily understandable warranty.

Here’s ours:

• Labor listed on your invoice is warranted for 90 days from the original date of service.
• Parts listed on your invoice have the warranty specified by the manufacturer. This is usually 90 days, but is sometimes longer, depending on the manufacturer.

There is no warranty on:

• Services such as cleaning and vacuuming.
• Parts that operated as designed, such as fuses, one-time high-limit thermostats and other non-resettable safety devices.
• Any manufacturer-supplied service procedure that the manufacturer doesn’t warranty, such as Samsung’s defrost and ice-maker problems. If the manufacturer can’t guarantee that their service procedure will permanently fix a problem, we can’t either.

All warranty parts and service for repairs done by Terry’s Appliance Service must be provided by and performed by Terry’s Appliance Service.
